I'm Laura, a fully qualified personal trainer, running coach, group fitness instructor and sports massage therapist based in Lower Earley, Reading. I have a passion for exercise, wellbeing and nutrition. My own fitness and health has changed hugely in recent years with weight loss totalling 7 stone. I focused on clean eating and starting to exercise regularly to achieve this. Along the way, I realised I wanted to help other people do the same for themselves and now I strive to help my clients understand better their fitness and health through exercise and diet. For myself, I am now always looking for the next challenge and love to push myself and my fitness.
I work with clients of all abilities, age and fitness level. Whatever your goal, I can help give you the tools, knowledge and motivation to achieve it.
If it's weight loss, fitness, body shape or event goals that you want to train for I can offer personal training sessions tailored to that goal, all plans are fully supported, personalised and offer the option of regular sports massage too.

Fully qualified pre and post natal fitness instructor. I can help you maintain your fitness and stay active throughout your pregnancy and help you get back into exercise safely once your baby has arrived.
